Buying a new-build home is an exciting time. But as it is one of the largest investments you’re likely to make, it’s important that you understand the process, what you’re buying and what help is available if problems arise. The Code is designed to help you understand what levels of service to expect from your developer, feel fully informed about your purchase and understand the protection available before and after you move in. In the unlikely event that problems arise, a free and fast Independent Dispute Resolution Scheme is available to deal with disputes if you think your developer has breached the Code Requirements.
